Dawn Noble, nurse, entrepreneur and inspirational speaker, assists individuals and families to obtain healthy lifestyles and environments. She has spent her career inspiring and educating people in creating true happiness and satisfaction in their lives.
Dawn’s approach draws on both her experience as a nurse and professional organizer. Her ability to communicate, combined with her compassion and understanding, allows her to connect on an emotional level with her audience. Dawn has lots of energy and loves to laugh. She utilizes her experiences and sense of humor in creating an inspiring, educational and enthusiastic message.
As a corporate trainer, staff educator and personal coach, Dawn uses her ability to connect, combined with her talents for designing systems and organization, to help these individuals create a life that is truly satisfying. Her passion is in sharing information. She believes that laughter and tears are the best medicine. Dawn’s audiences laugh. They cry. They think.
Dawn’s background as a nurse provides a foundation for addressing the effects their environments have on their health. As founder of Balance and Beyond, LLC Dawn has emerged as a real life woman, speaking and inspiring real life people to design a life they love.

Volunteering is a great way to get involved and to help make this year's festival the best ever! In addition to helping with publicity, registration and mailings, we also need volunteers on the day of the event (or the night before) to setup workshop rooms, staff Festival tables during the day, setup breakfast or lunch, serve as a liaison to one or more of the workshops, cleanup at the end of the day, etc.
