Our Whole Lives (OWL) for 4th–5th graders is a thoughtful, age-appropriate, ten-workshop program that supports children as they grow in self-awareness, confidence, and respect for themselves and others. Designed specifically for this developmental stage, the curriculum helps participants build the knowledge, values, and skills they need to understand their changing bodies and feelings in healthy, life-affirming ways.Through open discussion, interactive activities, and trusted adult facilitation, participants explore topics such as values, body image, gender and sexual identity, peer pressure, social media and internet safety, consent, and healthy relationships. As with all OWL programs, the emphasis is on inclusiveness, accurate information, and fostering a sense of dignity and care for all people.

A required parent orientation will be held on January 25, providing an overview of the curriculum, goals, and time for questions and conversation.
