Help bring our Vision of Ministry to life
Each year, our Board designates three to four high-level goals for our congregation. Your Board, Minister and Staff then work together to operationalize the Vision of Ministry through the creation of new projects, activities, policies, procedures, teams, committees, and so on.
Your team is invited to participate in the process! The worksheet below is intended as a tool to help you brainstorm and perhaps select a few things that your team might want to work on during the coming months to help our congregation live into this year’s Vision of Ministry.
Not on a MUUF team, but still interested in helping implement the Vision of Ministry? Go ahead and fill out the worksheet with your ideas about ways you might be interested in helping out, then email it to Rev. Sasha!
Finally, please be aware that at this time, we're really only looking for your ideas for work that you and/or your team might personally be willing to do to help implement our Vision of Ministry. However, stay tuned later for opportunities to submit ideas for other parties to consider taking on. Rev. Sasha hopes to identify a list of participating teams and individuals in the coming weeks who you can reach out to directly with your ideas. Thank you for your participation!
