Our own Steve Kreha started a Parkinson's Support Group five years ago.
It meets the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of every month at 10:00 a.m. for one hour in the Family room.
The photo of this week's meeting we were missing six regular attendees.
Steve faithfully sends out an email to attendees prior to the gathering.
The sessions are very informative as during check-in new meds or therapies are shared with the group. We've had Paul Ferm teach us Tai Chi moves and Parkinson's class teachers at the YMCA came to explain their programs. Spouses and or caretaker's are invited to join in.
