Simply put: we cannot pull off these celebrations without our amazing volunteers!

We have two exciting community events coming up on our calendar, but to make them happen, we need your energy, ideas, and helping hands. If you’ve been thinking about stepping up, now is the time!

• All-Ages Halloween Party

  • Date: Sunday, November 1

  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

  • What we’re planning: A fun, family-friendly post-Halloween celebration featuring costumes, simple crafts, festive treats, and games suitable for all ages.

• Friendsgiving

  • Date: Sunday, November 29th

  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • What we’re planning: A fun, family-friendly post-Thanksgiving potluck.

• All-Ages Holiday Party

  • Date: Sunday, December 20

  • Time: 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM

  • What we’re planning: A warm seasonal gathering packed with holiday cheer, cozy refreshments, activities, and music for everyone to enjoy.

How You Can Help

We are making a final push to fill our volunteer roles:

• Event Planning & Brainstorming: Share your ideas for games, activities, and music.

• Setup & Decoration: Help transform the space before the event starts.

• Refreshments: Assist in organizing and serving snacks and drinks.

• Cleanup: Lend a hand packing up after the fun wraps up.

Even if you only have 30 minutes to spare or prefer working behind the scenes, every bit of help makes a difference!
